With the advancements of digital technology ad space doesn’t have to limited to print, magazines, or even billboards. QR codes can be printed almost anywhere. In this case, directly on the face of a watch. QR codes can contain links to website, pictures, videos or even coupons. All you have to do is scan the code with your smart-phone and it will take you directly where the code is linked. Genius.
This is an example of a self promotion piece for ANDYBYANDY Media. This watch is sent out to clients or employers with some simple instructions about the piece. Once the QR code is scanned it directs your phone’s browser to the link inbreeded in the code. This will give the viewer a quick look at whatever message the code contains. This example leads back to the company website.
Using technology is a fun, new way to get noticed.

A round of spring cleaning had turned up a few items to be donated. Instead of taking up permanent residence in the garage, I packed them up and headed to Goodwill. (Besides, if I waited, I might just unpack that hawaiian shirt).
As always, the folks at Goodwill were just as happy to receive…
Posters made with environmentally friendly, water-soluble ink were placed above wild postings around Vancouver. When it rained, the ink bled onto posters below, showing how oil spills affect everyone.
